Yes! We prepare both business returns (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership) and personal returns (Form 1040). For business owners, we typically handle both together to ensure your business and personal tax situations are coordinated for maximum savings.
Tax preparation is the process of filing your tax return after the year is over โ€” reporting what happened. Tax planning is a proactive, year-round strategy to legally minimize what you owe before it happens. Tax planning is where the real savings are. We recommend both โ€” filing accurately and planning ahead so you're never caught off guard.
If you're self-employed or run a business, you generally need to pay estimated taxes four times a year:
  • Q1: April 15
  • Q2: June 15
  • Q3: September 15
  • Q4: January 15 (of the following year)

Yes. We can assist with unfiled returns, IRS notices, and correspondence. Our Enrolled Agents are licensed by the IRS and authorized to represent clients before the IRS. If you've received a notice or have years of unfiled returns, reach out to us โ€” the sooner you address it, the better.

We primarily use QuickBooks Online, which is the industry standard for small business bookkeeping. It's cloud-based, meaning you can log in anytime to see your financials in real time. If you're currently using a different system, we can discuss the best path forward during your consultation.
We update your books on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize all transactions, and deliver a set of financial reports including a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. You'll always know where your business stands financially.
Absolutely. We offer catch-up bookkeeping services for businesses that are behind on their records. Whether you're months or years behind, we'll get your books cleaned up and current. We'll provide a custom quote based on the volume of transactions and time period involved.
Yes โ€” the IRS requires you to keep records that support your income and deductions. However, you don't need to keep paper receipts. We recommend using a tool like QuickBooks Online's receipt capture feature or a free app like Expensify to photograph and store receipts digitally. Generally, you should keep records for at least 3โ€“7 years.

Never. We believe in transparent, flat-rate pricing. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start. Any additional services outside your plan will always be quoted and approved by you first. No surprises, ever.
We work on a month-to-month basis for bookkeeping services. We don't lock you into long-term contracts because we believe our work speaks for itself. For tax preparation, we typically work on a per-return basis. We want you to stay because you love the service, not because you're contractually obligated to.
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers (ACH), and checks. Our billing is straightforward and you'll receive a clear invoice each month.

We use secure, encrypted document sharing tools to protect your sensitive financial information. We'll set you up with a client portal where you can safely upload documents, bank statements, and any other files we need. Your data is always protected and never shared with third parties.
We aim to respond to all client inquiries within one business day. For urgent matters, we prioritize quick turnaround. Our Growth and Premium plan clients receive priority support. We're here year-round โ€” not just during tax season โ€” so you can always reach us when you need us.
Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional accounting standards and IRS Circular 230. Your financial information is never shared with anyone without your explicit consent. We take your privacy very seriously.
